Officers were called to the scene at 05:23pm on Friday September 1, 2017.
Investigation revealed that two passenger vehicles and three motor cycles were involved in the collision and one person had sustained major injuries and two people had sustained minor injuries.
The driver of an Acura passenger vehicle, Roy RADKE (36 years) of the City of Ottawa is charged.
